Refund Policy

Pay4Pixels is operated by Allatt Tech Solutions Inc. All refunds are processed in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.

Refund Eligibility

Physical products may be returned directly to the supplier/merchant within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Digital products are not refundable once used and are no longer eligible for refund after 14 days, even if unused.

Non-Refundable Items

• Virtual/digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
• Services that have already been performed
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Products damaged by customer misuse

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of purchase via the contact form
• Provide order number and proof of purchase
• Return items in original condition (if physical), unopened
• Allow 5-10 business days for processing

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at company discretion for exceptional circumstances, subject to evidence review.
